Bis 2 Jahren frei / Von 3 bis 5 Jahren Euro 10,00 / Von 6 bis 12  Jahren Euro 20,00.
Frühstück nicht weniger als Euro 5,00.
ERMÄSSIGUNG FÜR LANGZEIT AUFENTHALT

TERMS:

Check in must be done from 15.00 h to 19.30 h.
Check out must be done before 10.30 h.
It will be request 5 € for every half an hour delay.
For after-hours check in/out requirements, please communicate it when booking, I will do my best to satisfy your needs.

Breakfast is served from 08.30 h to 10.00 h. 
For after-hours requirements, please communicate it ahead of time. 

Bed linen change is made every 5 days. 
Bathroom linen change is made every 3 days. 
Daily and/or additional change, if NEEDED or request , will be charged for 5 € for bathroom linen and 7€ for bed linen. 

Daily cleaning is included. 
Room must be left before 10.30 h to let the cleaning staff in.
  Kitchenette, if used, must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise 15 € will be charged for extra cleaning.

Pets are always very welcome, though we'll ask 10 € at the moment of departure for room sanitize.

Please, when leaving the room, turn off the lights, switch off the AC and other electrical equipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Booking cancellation can be done up to 15 days before the check-in (30 days before in July, August and festive days). In case of no-arrival or delayed cancellation we will retain the required deposit.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Tourist tax: 1.50 € per person for every day of staying, for a maximum of five days, it'll must payed cash during your stay.
  Final payment will be done at the check-in in cash or bank transfer. 
For any booking is required a 30% deposit of the total amount.
